The Robotic Minion Starter kit is going well. We are waiting on some parts to arrive to do a final check before approving manufacture of the circuit boards. In the mean time I have been playing with the laser cutter and Inkscape gears.

I just saw your Gearbugs on the FullSpectrum competition website, I hope you won a free tube. They look spectacular. Do you plan to release the files? I’d love to make these for my kids.

I haven’t heard about winning. A spare laser tube would sure be nice. I’m still working on the gearbugs designs. #1 still needs bigger outriggers. My current design for #2 is probably done enough for Thingiverse.
